Tomonobu Itagaki says he hopes to have Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword done and ready to go sometime this fall, to the delight of several fans that have been looking forward to this title. In response to the potential worry that this iteration may end up being too easy, as many Nintendo DS games are, Itagaki remarked, “Relax; I don’t planning on making Ninja Gaiden DS as difficult as the Xbox variants. My first priority is giving everyone the chance to try this innovative new control scheme and enjoy how great it feels to manipulate Hayabusa.â€
