At first glance this looks like a typical Wendys, right? You even have random trash left behind on the table from other people. In fact, at least eight tables had trash on them! Eight! So are people in Kansas rude and dirty?
Far from it.
It just so happens that you are supposed to leave your trays on the table after you are done so someone can come by and collect them. To make sure that you don’t go breaking the rules by throwing away your own trash, there are absolutely no trash cans in the dining room. None.
