Could these events be foreshadowing the late arrival of one of the most desired Nintendo RPGs on the Game Boy Advance? Will we be seeing one last major release of significant niche importance on Nintendo’s “forgotten” pillar?

What we do know is that Starmen.net has noticed the Mother 3 soundtrack up for download on iTunes. Two separate albums, Mother3 + and Mother3 -, are available as full albums or as a bunch of individual songs for $0.99 each. Starmen.net also reports that this is the first commercially available Earthbound merchandise in the US since Earthbound’s June 1995 SNES release.
