Cubed3 is reporting that the latest EGM claims Nintendo is developing Luigi’s Mansion 2 for the Wii. I’d imagine such a game would use the remote for aiming the vacuum… but would that force the game into the first-person perspective?

Coupled with that rumor is the claim that some future Wii games will come bundled with VC games. This is the one I don’t get. How exactly do you “bundle” an online download with a game? Maybe they give you the points to buy a game – but you could just spend it on anything. Or maybe they have it automatically download it for you.

Regardless, that last rumor leads me to believe the whole thing is bogus. Still, at least it’s up in the air for everyone to discuss.
