Child’s Play, a charity established by Mike Krahulik and Jerry Holkins (the same pair who bring you the web comic Penny Arcade), works to provide toys, games, movies, coloring books, and more to children’s hospitals across America. The charity was made by gamers and targets gamers, so most of the items donated are video game-related. Last week, Nintendo sent in their latest contribution:
Among the mounds of white, black, and pink DS Lites are a plethora of games, with a little bit of variety of everything. The pictures clearly show Big Brain Academy, Tetris DS, Mario Kart DS, New Super Mario Bros., Super Princess Peach, Elite Beat Agents, and more.
I always love reading about charities getting large donations like this. Penny Arcade assures that they’ll be getting out those DS Lites and games out to hospitals as soon as possible.
