Here’s a story I seem to have missed. At a Japanese Media Arts Festival, Odama creator Yoot Saito showed off a version of Odama using the Wii remote and nunchuk. No previous announcement has been made, but could Odama be coming to the Wii? Is it a sequel or remake? Or merely a tech demo?
The remote was used in place of a microphone. In the original Odama game, players used a microphone to command soldiers in Medieval Japan to control a giant metal sphere in a way much like a pinball game.
