Nintendo’s master of sound and music, Koji Kondo, is headed to Australia for the GO3 Electronic Entertainment Expo. The expo takes place Friday, March 30 through Sunday, April 1. Mr. Kondo will be speaking on the second day, March 31, in a session called “Composing award-winning theme songs for over 20 years” from 4:30pm – 5:15pm.
In addition to speaking at GO3, Mr. Kondo will be in Australia to help promote PLAY! A Video Game Symphony, which has been traveling for quite a while now. The concert will be given at the Sydney Opera House sometime in June.
