According to Cubed3, the news claiming Miyamoto’s new Mii popularity contest channel will launch in Japan on the 29th was mis-translated. If they are correct, the Japanese message actually says that 2 celebrity Miis will be available for users to place in their Mii Plaza until April 29th.
