I love Canada. Canada’s brought us Avril Lavigne, Kristin Kreuk, Michael J. Fox, Dan Akroyd, and several Disney Channel shows that I fill my weekends with. Now I can love them for totally supporting the Wii! Below are the Canadian sales numbers for January, with the Wii and PS2 leading the way:
1. Wii – 34,000
2. PS2 – 27,000
3. 360 – 14,400
4. PS3 – 6,800
Hopefully those numbers will continue to climb for Nintendo in Canada. I know for a fact that aside from Americans, Canadians make up the largest portion of our readers. How’s that for representation?
