While Christian is on his epic search for Sonic, he has just reported that his local Target (Champaign, IL) has just stocked 5 Wiis. This might be the case with your Target, so if you are still Wii-less, give your Target a call and see if you can score one today!
Just don’t be surprised if you can’t play Sonic until tomorrow…
UPDATE: I have called up a few Targets in Chicago and some have the Wii and stock and some don’t. One worker was even nice enough to offer to put one on hold for me, which I politely declined.
I am now in the process of calling random Target stores across the country with limited success, although the woman answering the phone in the Chesapeake, Virginia store was very polite.
