Supposedly this is one, if not the rarest of NES games out there, with only 90 units ever being made. It better be, because after a mere eleven bids and still a whopping seven days left, the current bid is $1200.
Honestly, I hope the people bidding that higher and beyond are filthy rich and they’re just buying it for show. If anyone else is, I’d like to slap them. It’s a single NES cartridge, not even one most people know about.
“Hey, look what I have!”
“…it’s an NES game I’ve never heard of.”
“Yeah! It’s super rare and I spent $1500 on it!”
“That’s…nice. Where’s your Wii?”
Of course, it’d be even worse if they were paying this much for a game and weren’t exactly in great living conditions. Or if they had a family to worry about. I can see buying a city on eBay. But an NES cart for that much?
