IGN has posted the official trailer for Sonic and the Secret Rings. It starts and ends with some cool new CG footage of Sonic, as several video clips make up a montage in the middle.

I’m not exactly sure who’s doing the music accompanying this trailer, as it does not sound like Johnny Gioeli, the lead singer of Crush 40 (Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, Sonic Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog). I’ve generally loved the soundtracks to the 3D Sonic games, so hopefully the rest of the soundtrack is good, because I’m definately not feeling a vibe on that one! Heh, that aside, it’s a great trailer. Hit the link to watch.
