Nintendo’s Koji Kondo and Eiji Aonuma are expected to speak at this year’s Game Developer’s Conference, being held over March 5-9 this year. Excerpt from GamerSquad below:

“The Nintendo chaps in question are, first of all, Koji Kondo, who will front a presentation entitled Painting an Interactive Musical Landscape, which will shine the spotlight on Kondo’s portfolio as a videogames composer (Legend of Zelda, Super Mario), what he looks for in terms of inspiration, and exactly which composing methods and approaches he utilises while working.

Secondly, Eiji Aonuma, who originally worked on The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, and also governed development on the latest Zelda offering The Twilight Princess, will be presenting a behind-the-scenes exclusive examining games development while covering the difficulties and challenges inherent in evolving The Legend of Zelda onto successive iterations of Nintendo hardware.”

This should be interesting. Koji Kondo is one of my favorites in the industry.
