I was just thinking about how much a Nintendo theme park would rock. Mario Kart go-karts are a must, even if they can't figure out a safe way to chuck shells and banana peels. Themed hotels would also be fun (dibs on a room in Luigi's Mansion!)

The Hyrule part of the theme park would probably be a beautiful wooded area, maybe with some rides à la Disneyland's Peter Pan's flight ( I think Christian was thinking along those lines too, which rocks), and maybe even some hiking and dungeon/cave exploring. Horseback riding could be a nice addition, and a place to buy gifts, masks, and play mini-games would totally top it off.

For kiddy rides, there should be a Yoshi ride, even if it's just a merry-go-round. The Pokémon ones would also be pretty fun. Oh, and a Mario Bouncing room, kind of like Goofy's in Disneyland, with foam shells, blocks, crawl-through pipes, etc.

I love some of the ideas for the Wing Cap Rollercoaster and the Star Fox Arwings; having the latter dodge and weave on their separate tracks would also mean people wanting to go back and try out the different possible courses. And there MUST be barrel rolls.

Metroid-themed stuff would be difficult. Even a small walking tour of Zebes, with Space Pirates and whatnot in the background with creepy lighting could be cool. Laser-tag could be neat as well.

Also, as much as they are corny, I'd want mascots. I'd much rather meet Nintendo characters and get their autographs and pictures than pretty much any Disney character. And I'll bet that the presentations would rock.
