We said we’d launch at noon, and here we are!

Matt and I have created The Tanooki because we’re simply Nintendo fans that want to help spread the Nintendo love. Just like you, we want to stay up to date with all the news that hits the internet, but we know how hard it is to try and keep track of dozens of sites out there just to be able to get all the important news, and to do so without having to wait for some big name site to update for the first time in four or five days. We’re going to do our best to collect all the major news that’s out there, as well as do some digging on our own to get you the important facts.

Remember, we’re doing this as a service to the Nintendo fan community as a whole. If you see anything Nintendo-related come up and we don’t have it, odds are all the other readers would love to see it to! Feel free to contribute and hit the link to the right to submit something. We’ll look into it and probably have it posted right away! Also, we’re more than just news - feel free to submit art, mailbag questions, cool videos you’ve seen, or maybe even some cool Nintendo swag you might have found while roaming the internet!
